Shipping policy

We offer 2 delivery methods: home delivery and delivery pickup point The choice of the pickup point is made before payment when selecting your preferred courier method.

Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (SAST).

The packages are then handed over to the carrier for shipment. You will receive an email or text message from them confirming that your package has been picked up and shipped.

  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared at our Pretoria distribution center within 1 – 2 working days (Mon-Fri).
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri) depending on your location.

For deliveries to pickup points, an email or SMS will be sent to you as soon as your package arrives at the delivery point of your choice via Bobgo

From the day of delivery, you will be able to collect the parcel within 7 days on presentation of an identity document. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

  • Shipping on orders with a value of R1500 + will be free of charge.
  • The standard shipping costs for orders less then R1500 will be charged at R100

 

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY?

 

If you have not received your order within the given time frame, we ask you to check if you have received an email or SMS notification from our carrier Bobgo stating a delivery date. If this is not the case, you can contact our Customer Service with your contact details (name and delivery address). We will do our best to assist you.

All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or busy periods, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to send you your order within the time frame indicated.

During these exceptional periods of full activity (e.g. Black Friday, sales, Christmas) or particularly unfavourable weather conditions, we would be grateful if you would allow an extra day before contacting us.

 

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

 

We would like to draw your attention to the need to check its general condition when receiving your package.

In case of a problem - opened package, empty package, damaged contents - refuse the package and contact our Customer Service to report the problem and the reason for the refusal.
