Returns and Refunds Policy:

Returns:

You purchased an item on courtclub.co.za website

We will happily accept a return / exchange within 14 days of purchase on items providing the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• You can choose your preferred courier or use our designated one.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Once we receive the return and our warehouse confirms all is in order and the product is in resell condition, we will submit the order to our accounts team to start the refund / exchange process.
2. Refunds will take place via EFT, Please supply us with these details.
3. If found that the product is not in 100% resellable condition, you will unfortunately need to arrange a courier for collection back to yourself.

Refunds and Fees:

1. Please place the Product box inside another box to avoid damage as we need to be able to resell the product as new.
2. Refunds are processed every Friday, and may have a processing time of 2-5 working days.
3. An adittional credt card processing fee of 3% may apply on certain refunds. 

To log a return or exchange on a completed order please do so by sending us a email to sales@ikhambi.co.za with the following details:

Date of receipt of the order
Order number indicated on your delivery note
Your Name
Your address

Specify the returned items: product reference, product name, quantity, return reason.

You purchased your item in a store or another website than courtclub.co.za

Items purchased in stores or on websites other than courtclub.co.za must be returned to the store or website where they were purchased. In the event of a complaint or query regarding the product, it is necessary to contact them directly.
