How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared at our Pretoria distribution centre within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Working days are Monday to Friday, and our order cut-off is 2:00 PM SAST. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, weather or unforeseen delays.

When is delivery free?

Our Shipping Policy provides free shipping on orders of R1,500 or more. Standard shipping for orders below R1,500 is R100. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I use a pickup point?

Yes. Choose your pickup point before payment when selecting your preferred courier method. Bobgo will send an email or SMS when your parcel arrives. Collect it within 7 days of arrival and bring an identity document. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us.

What should I do if my delivery is late?

Check for an email or SMS from Bobgo with a delivery date. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and you have not received an update, contact us with your name and delivery address. During exceptional busy periods or unfavourable weather, please allow an extra day before contacting us.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Our Refund Policy accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Email sales@courtclub.co.za with your receipt date, order number, name, address, product reference, product name, quantity and reason for return. Place the product box inside another box to protect it. You may use your preferred courier or our designated courier. Read our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

How are refunds processed?

After the warehouse receives and checks the return and confirms it is in resellable condition, the refund or exchange process is referred to our accounts team. Refunds are made by EFT, and the policy lists a processing time of 2–5 working days. Items bought from another store or website must be returned to that seller.

How can I pay securely?

Stitch Express is our preferred card payment method and is the secure payment option described on our product pages. For more payment information, read our Terms of Service. Please do not send payment credentials by email.
